Mark established Reditum Capital in 2013. Highly experienced in international commercial and residential property development and an integral part of the team when it comes to structuring tailored finance solutions for borrowers, Mark has been involved in the property and investment marketplace as a distributor, agent, consultant and investor since 2000.

Richard Gore

Executive Director

Richard manages and oversees the financials for the business, including strategic direction on investment products and the structuring of transactions. A critical element of his role is ensuring that transactions are structured in the most efficient way, which includes working closely with our joint venture partners. With extensive experience in both property and investments, Richard has a deep understanding of the mechanics of asset-backed transactions.

Simon Morris

With more than 20 years’ experience in real estate development and investment funding, Simon is responsible for sourcing business opportunities, working closely with other team leaders to structure and monitor development projects. Utilizing his extensive network of industry contacts, Simon also sources joint venture development planning opportunities.

Adam Stratford

Head of Planning

Adam oversees all planning matters. After completing a master’s degree in planning, Adam began his career at national planning consultancy, Barton Willmore. He then progressed to work for national housebuilder, Persimmon Homes, where he became a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Alice Turner

Investment Assistant

Alice's background in planning and property enables her to support the investment team at each stage of the transaction from initial term stage to exit. Before joining Reditum, she worked for eight years in the prime central London property market, most recently as a sales negotiator for Knight Frank in its Knightsbridge and South Kensington offices.

Ammar Al-Rikabi

Investment Director

Ammar is an investment director for Reditum Capital and brings over 18 years of experience in real estate and specialist finance. Over the last 12 years, Ammar has managed private equity and debt investments, with over £1bn of equity and debt transactional experience. Since 2019, Ammar has held senior management positions in which he has been responsible for institutional capital at two funds and a Single-Family Office in the UK. He has an extensive network of international investors and lenders, including HNWIs, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Funds and Banks.

Daniel Holland

Financial Analyst

Daniel is responsible for the commercial and financial analysis of the investment portfolio with a primary focus on the execution of liquidity events including refinancing, asset sales, investor subscriptions and redemptions, and reinvestments. Prior to joining Reditum Capital, Daniel worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as a Treasury Accountant. Daniel qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte in Dublin, Ireland working in financial services audit.

Senior Analyst

Eduard specialises in underwriting and structuring real estate development transactions within Reditum’s planning team which involves engaging third parties, passing credit committee and transaction closing. In his previous associate and asset management roles at one of the largest privately owned real estate companies in the UK and a global investment firm in sustainable infrastructure and real estate, he built strong, in-depth track record underwriting, closing and managing large real estate projects in the UK and throughout Africa.

Jevgeni focuses on financing real estate transactions on JV basis, which involves engaging third parties, passing credit committee, raising senior and junior debt and asset managing transactions. His previous experience involved advising on the acquisitions and disposals of income-generating assets and the financing of real estate development deals with an end value of more than £1.4 billion over a seven-year period.

An experienced chartered accountant, he is a well-rounded finance professional with expertise in implementing strategic change and driving financial transformation.

Max Leverett

Head of Investments

Max is responsible for securing new investors, using his extensive network of high net worth investors, which he has built up over a 30-year period. He has enjoyed success in both of his previous careers, firstly working as an independent futures trader and directing various fixed income desks at two of the largest inter-dealer brokers and latterly in the hospitality sector of Ibiza.

Miles Frewin

Planning Manager

Miles is responsible for undertaking complex planning appraisals, assembly and management of project teams for often complex applications. After completing a master’s degree in planning and sustainability, he worked at Lambert Smith Hampton and Rolfe Judd Planning before joining Reditum in 2019.

Simon Munroe

Investment Director

Simon joined Reditum in 2020 after a 30 year career in investment banking. He is responsible for introducing new investors, presenting transactions and guiding clients through the investment process. He has an outstanding track record of deal-making with large organisations in complex products. Previously, Simon held senior positions at UBS, Credit Suisse and JP Morgan in equity derivatives structuring and sales. He has also assisted numerous start-ups and early stage businesses to develop and scale.
